She was born Christina Haack in Anaheim, California on the 9th July 1983. Her first job was working in the Real Estate Industry. This is how she met her partner, Tarek El Moussa. They had a great time in the years prior to 2008 when the stock market crashed and many house flippers and real estate investors were bankrupt. Tarek El Moussa as well as Christina Moussa almost went under due to the crash. They were living in an apartment that cost $6,000 per month, to a house that cost $700 per month. They gradually rebuilt their business and the entire economy. HGTV & Rise to Fame Tarek enlisted a buddy to help make an HGTV video audition in 2011. The tape showed Tarek and Christina working together to turn a house. The tape landed in the management of an executive at the production company Pie Town Productions. They fell in love Tarek as well as Christina. In 2012 the couple agreed to a formal contract with HGTV. Flip of Flop premiered April 2013, Over seven seasons between 2013 and 2017, the series ran 92 episodes. The show starred Christina and Tarek buying properties located in Orange County. They would work for weeks on reworking the properties to be able to sell their properties at a profit. Tarek's focus is on demolition and renovating, while Christina concentrates on design.
